Rules and agreements

1. General provisions
   1. It’s required to be aware of the system’s general provisions and basic rules in order to use our company’s services. The current provision includes the following conditions:
      - the customer must read all the Agreement terms and accept them. The services become available after getting confirmation;
      - the administration has the right to change or exclude any items, contained in the documents, at its own discretion. Updated data are deemed relevant after publication on the resource.
   2. The customer is obliged to permanently terminate cooperation with our company if he doesn’t agree with the Agreement’s updated terms.
2. Customer registration
   1. Registration is required. The customer confirms the current Agreement’s regulations by registering on our resource. Only those, reaching the adulthood, have an opportunity to start cooperation with our company. Successful registration completion indicates that the customer confirms the actions nature, taken on the resource.
   2. One customer is entitled to create one account only. The administration is entitled to block our account if reveling multiple user’s accounts. Cash is not refunded from the account.
   3. The customer is provided with an opportunity to independently choose a password and login. The data are not transferable to third parties, the user is personally liable for his account.
3. Company’s rights and obligations
   1. The service regularly ensures each customer's data confidentiality. The administration is entitled to temporarily or permanently block a user account, if revealing the following violations:
      - damage to the website functionality;
      - multiple accounts;
      - false information in the personal data or the Agreement’s terms violation;
      - the account will be blocked and the money will be taken off the account without refund opportunity, if revealing such violations;
      - the customer accounts safety will be guaranteed in case of website’s technical issues.
   2. Cash accrual and payment is carried out within the selected investment tariff. Cash is withdrawn manually in the deposit opening currency on weekdays only.
   3. The administration advises the customers to sign up on a resource with complex passwords and logins. The administration is not responsible for the data safety and invulnerability in cases of fraudsters.
4. Customers’ rights and obligations
   1. The service customers should sign up for free as well as reach the adulthood (18 years). The customer is obliged to fulfill the following rules and obligations:
      - be responsible for the selected login and password safety;
      - provide reliable data only;
      - follow all the Agreement’s terms;
      - avoid sharing spam about the project, otherwise account will be immediately blocked;
      - require the administration to fulfill all the terms, specified in the current Agreement.
   2. The Customer has the right to use the affiliate program and distribute the link by any available means. The user can select any available payment system, specified in the service, in order to replenish the deposit. The customer has the right to cash out funds in the currency and volume, established by the Agreement’s terms, given the tariff plan.
5. Confidentiality
   1. The service guarantees the following duties fulfillment:
      - avoid transferring and leasing of the customer’s data without his permit;
      - reliably protect the participants’ data from loss, alteration, destruction, other uses on third-party resources. The data are stored on the servers with a multi-level security system, therefore extraneous access is prohibited;
      - provide 24/7 access to accounts for their customers only;
      - provide maximum security for own resource. Therefore, each participant is obliged to passes through a multi-level verification. The service ensures the verification will be carried out within the correctness;
      - use customer’s personal data to resolve the current issues only: to consider and satisfy complaints and notifications, related to new services, technical malfunction issues and much more.
   2. The customers should avoid transferring the password to other persons in order to save personal data. Thus, you are provided with a chance to protect your account from all illegal entry, copying or change of personal data.
6. Risk information
   1. Modern financial market does not guarantee the investments preservation. Each funds deposit may result in loss. Each Customer must clearly realize that all the fraud charges towards the service will be perceived as a false denunciation, while accepting the Agreement terms. This will result in immediate account blocking.
